Why one operations core beats a portal per vendor
A dealership with five vendor relationships doesn’t need five logins, five catalogs, and five invoice inboxes to keep straight. Here’s what changes when it’s one core instead.

The usual way a dealership ends up connected to five vendors is five separate systems: a login for the F&I agency’s portal, a spreadsheet a distributor emails monthly, a card on file with a SaaS provider, a phone call to the fixed ops supplier. Each relationship works fine in isolation. Together, they’re five places to check for what should be one answer to one question: what do we owe, and to whom?
One identity across every vendor
A dealership logs in once and sees every connected vendor’s catalog and invoices in the same AP Clearinghouse, not a separate portal per vendor relationship. Adding a sixth vendor doesn’t mean issuing a sixth password — it means one more entry in a list the dealership already knows how to read.
One source of truth per catalog item
A price or inventory change happens in one place and is what every connected dealership sees immediately, not a spreadsheet mailed out per update. The vendor edits a catalog item once; every dealer client’s view of that item updates with it.
One security model
Every org and role runs through the same access control, whether you’re a two-person F&I agency or a national distributor. That matters more than it sounds: it means the isolation guarantees on our Security page apply uniformly, not per-integration, per-vendor exceptions that are easy to get wrong once and hard to notice.
None of this requires a dealership to use every module a vendor offers, or a vendor to turn on every piece of the platform. See how the pieces fit together on the Platform page, or jump to the module that matches your vendor group on Solutions.
